I look forward to meeting you all on Tuesday evening during our first synchronous session. We will be meeting via Zoom. You’ll find the link here on the site or on Blackboard. This course will primarily use the CUNY Academic Commons, a web-based digital tool that utilizes the WordPress platform. Our course is set up as an Open-Educational Resource (you’ll learn more about that later) and is publically available. You will find the password for any sections of the course site that require it on Blackboard. You should each receive an invitation to the CUNY address I have on file to create an account on the Academic Commons. This will allow you to fully engage with the course site and contribute content. You can get started without that. In fact, the first module of the course will help get you situated!
