For this presentation, I adapted the illustration from Susan Spellman, and using the adaption from Jane Jerrard, I simplified the fairytale as much as possible without missing any of the important information.
I would not recommend this book for young children because it mentions death, but with the right tone, it could be told to young audiences.

Jack and the Beanstalk is one of my favorite childhood stories. Your voice is so soothing telling the story, with your voice, you can certainly tell this story to younger kids. Great job at shortening the story without leaving out the key points.
Your storytelling skills are truly remarkable. The way you narrated the story with such a soothing voice made it all the more enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

I love that you made your background the Beanstalk. I think it was smart to cut out the dialogue in the story as it makes it shorter and easier to follow along. I enjoy being able to see the illustrations alongside the text, though my only criticism is I wish some of the pictures were bigger. Your voice was clear and steady. Great retelling!
